Independent service
StormStats is an independent analytics product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Steam, FACEIT, or their affiliates.
Authorized use
You may submit only match share codes, demos, files, and team data that you are authorized to use. You must not use the service to harass players, bypass privacy controls, scrape prohibited sources, or make unsupported accusations.
Statistical limitations
Analytics can be incomplete, delayed, or affected by provider coverage. The Suspicion Index highlights unusual patterns and is not proof of cheating. It must never be the sole basis for an accusation or sanction.
Accounts and security
Never provide your Steam password to StormStats. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Steam account and for activity performed through your authenticated StormStats session.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. Trials, failed payments, invoices, cancellation, and cancel-at-period-end are managed through Stripe and reflected after verified webhooks.
Availability
Providers can impose rate limits, change APIs, make profiles private, or remove match evidence. StormStats may temporarily restrict refreshes or processing to protect the service.
Acceptable conduct
Do not upload malicious files, probe other users’ data, evade rate limits, interfere with processing workers, or attempt unauthorized administration access.
